For the purposes related to the performance of our contract with you, or the provision of our Services to you, the provision of information is mandatory: if relevant data is not provided, then we will not be able to enter into and perform a contract with you, nor provide the Services to you. 4. How We Share Your Information

We share the information we collect with different third parties for different purposes. We share identifiers, commercial information, and limited online activity with the following third parties:

  • Advertising Partners. To provide you with relevant advertising. We also provide select advertising partners and social media platforms with either personal information, aggregate or anonymous information (that does not identify you), or both to provide you with relevant advertising, or to limit the advertising you see on other sites or apps. Examples of such social media platforms are Facebook and Instagram. In addition, Crocs works among others with Google, Bing, Pinterest, Tiktok, and Youtube to provide you with relevant advertisements.

  • Storage Providers. We store some of the information we collect from you with third-party storage providers. Crocs for example relies on Amazon Web Services and Akamai for the hosting of its European websites.

  • Service Providers. To help with promotions, service design, and conducting surveys. Amongst others, Crocs shares your information with Iperceptions for the conduction of surveys, and Adobe Analytics to help us with our promotional efforts. In addition, we use Olapic Inc. and the Olapic affiliates Olapic Ltd. (UK) and Olapic Argentina S.A. and Monotype Imaging Inc. to gather and make available images from social media platforms.

  • Affiliates and Subsidiaries. To allow you to access the benefits of loyalty, cashback, or other rewards sites you may be using. Insofar as your information is used by subsidiaries for their own marketing purposes, we may offer you the opportunity to “opt out” or “opt in” as required by applicable law. For instance, we may share your information with Crocs, Inc., our headquarters located in the US. Please refer to ‘Transfer of Data Abroad’ for more information on data transfers to the US.

We share identifiers and financial information with the following types of entities:

  • Payment Processors. To help process your payments. For example, Crocs works with Adyen and Paypal to facilitate the payment process on their European websites.

  • Subsidiaries. To process orders with our subsidiaries. For example, we may share your information with Crocs, Inc., our headquarters located in the US. Please refer to ‘Transfer of Data Abroad’ for more information on data transfers to the US.

  • Storage Providers. We store some of the financial information we collect from you with third-party storage providers. For example, we store data on KPN’s data servers located in The Netherlands, and we use Snowflake for cloud hosting purposes.

Other ways in which we may share your information are:

  • User-Generated Content. When you post User-Generated Content, other users will be able to see that information. Where you have given your consent, we may use user-generated content you submit on or through our Website for advertising campaigns and other promotions.

  • Business negotiations and transfers. We may share your information with another business if we choose to sell, buy, or otherwise reorganise our business.

  • Public authorities.
